Mission Statement

About the center

Little Bible Buddies Child Care and Learning Center is an early childhood educational organization dedicated to providing quality care and foundational instruction to the children of all the families of our community.

Open-door policy

The center has an open-door policy for parents. You are welcome to visit your child anytime during his or her care.

All LBB staff will commit to pursue the following Core Values in order to effectively fulfill the school’s mission.

Within the center, committed early childhood professionals work toward educating the whole child — socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually — to set the stage for life-long learning. Based in developmentally appropriate practice, the curriculum focuses on play, creativity and hands-on learning for children from 6 weeks through 14 years of age.

Faith – In every situation, acknowledge that God is in control and working for our good. In all decisions, seek God and trust His will be done. Be willing to take risks. (Philippians 1:6, Romans 8:28, Hebrews 11:1, 6, Proverbs 16:3)

As a faith-based educational institution, Little Bible Buddies Child Care and Learning Center strives to meet the needs of the community of which we are a part and adopts the teachings of Christ for incorporating diversity into a value-centered curriculum. We embrace the faith traditions of the families of children in our program.

The early childhood staff at the center is committed to life-long learning. Staff members are encouraged to exemplify a Christ-like faith and spiritual walk, to be active leaders in the field through continuing education, working toward a national credential, and through memberships in professional organizations.

Family is respected as the most important teacher in a child’s life; therefore, communication and cooperation with families in meeting children’s individual needs are of utmost importance. The early childhood staff at the center serves as an integral part of each child’s family by recognizing the need for nurturing and respecting children’s own level of development. The center also promotes service to the community and those in need within a developmental context that children can understand.
